Tips on Purchasing a Corner Stand

Posted by on Tuesday, 31 August, 2010

A corner stand can be a good option for a small living room. Purchasing a corner plant stand, for instance, provides a place to put plants in the living room, but at the same time, does not take up too much room and leave the living room looking cluttered. A corner TV stand enables you to set up your living room comfortably without having to work around a larger TV cabinet.

Corner TV Stands:

There are many corner TV stands on the market. These items come in different sizes and styles; prices vary depending on which particular brand name, style and model you buy. It is important to note the size of your TV before purchasing such a stand; you would not want the stand to be either too small or excessively big for the TV.

Be sure the color and style of stand you choose matches well with the existing living room decor. Also, consider whether you want the TV corner stand to have shelving space or cupboard space, or whether you do not mind having a simpler model without either of these amenities.

If you want a shorter TV stand, then you can find these for sale for around $50 at Wal-Mart’s online retail site. This particular stand can hold up to a 42″ TV and it has a little shelf space underneath, but not much. If you have a smaller TV and want room to store your CD’s, then the corner stand selling at Amazon for around $50 is a very good buy. This particular stand has three audio racks and can store up to 40 CD’s. However, it cannot be used for a TV larger than 30″.

There are also some very good looking stands of this nature that cost $90 to $100; these can be bought at either Wal-Mart or Target. These stands are a darker brown, have two cupboards and adjustable shelves. The stand for sale at Wal-Mart can hold up to a 37″ TV while the one selling at Target can hold up to a 35″ TV. It is important to note that the model for sale at Target is currently only available via Target’s online retail site, www.target.com.

Corner Plant Stands:

Corner stands for plants come in different sizes and styles. Some are made from wood; others are made from metal with glass shelves, while others are made completely from metal. Often the metallic ones are more affordable and one advantage to these is that you do not have to worry about water from the plants damaging the shelves.

If you intend to set up the corner stand on the patio, it is important to buy one that is suitable for this purpose. Not all plant stands are made to be set up outdoors; whether the stand can or cannot be used outdoors should be noted on the box. A wood or metal outdoor plant stand should be treated so that it will not be ruined in rainy weather.

If you want a small to medium sized item of this nature, then the Black Metal Folding Plant Stand selling at Amazom.com is a very good option. This particular stand is made entirely from metal, is very decorative in style and only costs $30. Lowe’s sells the “Garden Treasures 54″ Corner Shelf Plant Stand” for around the same price; is it also quite nice looking and is slightly taller than the above-mentioned model.

If you have the budget for it, then the Jewels of Java Plant Stand Corner Unit is a good option. This particular plant stand can be used either indoors or outdoors and it is quite large, so you will have room to put a number of plants on display. The 4-tiered Iron Scroll Corner Rack Plant Stand currently selling on eBay is very beautiful; it would look great on the patio or in the living room, especially if you have an iron scroll-work front door. This item, however, is a bit pricey and costs nearly $300 to purchase.

The style and design of the corner stand you choose will depend on your personal taste and preference. However, you will probably want to match your choice to the rest of your home’s decor to complement the existing furniture and accessories. If you have a more modern home decor, choosing a corner stand to match will enhance that design. On the other hand, if your present decor is more traditional in style, having a stand that will blend in well with this style will complete your arrangement. Color scheme is also a factor to consider in order to create the attractive overall environment you desire. Purchasing the appropriate corner stand can serve both functional and aesthetic purposes in your interior design and with a bit of research into the various options available to you, you can accomplish this goal.

Advertising with Sign Stands

Posted by on Saturday, 3 July, 2010

Today’s business world is ever changing. A new wave of young and enthusiastic entrepreneurs are poised to use their relentless motivation and drive to achieve the same global dominance that massive corporations possess. Doing so, however, takes time. Every business, no matter how large it is today, started off as an idea in someone’s mind a while back and it was not until that person put the gears into motion that the business saw its birth. Today, there are millions, perhaps billions, of similar ideas floating around and with each passing day; numerous small businesses see their birth.

Each business is different and grows differently as well. Some never get off the ground as the fire was simply never there, while others burn hot and bright for a while and grow rapidly only to run out of fuel and nose-dive just after. Others still, smolder beautifully and steadily grow in size for a very, very long time. It’s everyone’s goal to see their business smolder and grow before their very eyes, and doing so is dependent on one major thing, advertising.

Advertising is as old as business itself, and any company, whether it be a small roadside shop or a massive global corporation, knows its importance. It is the producer’s link to the consumers and without it; a business can never flourish and grow. In fact, it is so important that large corporations spend billions, a large chunk of their budgets, on advertising each year. For example, a simple ad during the Super Bowl each year can cost nearly $100,000 dollars a second. Why so high? Because the businesses buying the ad and the networks selling it both know and understand just how important advertising is.

However, with big corporations spending billions each year on advertising, it has become rather difficult for small businesses to get their names out there and attract the customers they so desperately need. They cannot spend thousands on television ads or billboard posters, and they certainly can’t afford to advertise at events such as the Super Bowl with dozens of millions watching. However, small businesses and the owners who run them are resilient. With massive corporations pooling their budgets into ad space on television and the internet they have resorted to simpler and cheaper methods that have sometimes proven to be just as effective.

Simple ads in the local paper or a television ad on a local channel has become the best and sometimes only way for small businesses to attract customers. In all, though, there is a much cheaper and rather effective way to catch the eye of customers, sign stands. A sign stand is an excellent way to place a business’ name out there. They can be placed near the business to hopefully catch the eye of a passerby, but can be placed wherever need be as well. They are portable, cheap and effective, a great combination for any advertising method.

There are also many different kinds available and finding the perfect one to fit a business’ needs is just a matter of searching. Free standing signs are exactly what their name states. They stand freely and can be placed just outside the business or perhaps somewhere else where more people will see. They are generally cheaper but can attract the eye of a potential customer just as well as any other, however they can be damaged in bad weather and vandalism is always a possibility. In all, though, a strategically placed free standing sign can attract the eye of many who pass by while not pushing the budget.

There is no doubting the importance of advertising in the business world and there is certainly no doubting the effectiveness of sign stands as well. Radio stations advertise through such methods along with department stores, restaurants and even large corporations. In fact, such advertisements are an effective and cheap way to advertise for everything from a garage sale to a global chain of businesses. They are cheap, they are portable and, most importantly, they are effective.

Purchasing such an item that proudly displays the company name is easy as well. There are numerous fabrication companies available both locally and nationally that are sure to produce a good quality sign for you to use at a rather low price, and finding one constitutes nothing more than a skim through the phone book or an internet search. In all, for any small business looking for that first spark to ignite the fire, sign stands are the best option. No matter what your budget may be there is a type or style that will fit and no matter what your industry may be there is a sign to match. So buy them in bulk, place them wherever it is seen fit and watch your business smolder and grow before your very eyes.

Using a Quickscreen Banner Stand at your Trade Show Booth

Posted by on Thursday, 3 June, 2010

Setting up one or more quickscreen banner stand at your booth can be a good way to attract customers to what your company has to offer. These handy items are easy to set up and take down again and easy to store when not in use. While many trade show booths like to use the larger and more expensive pop up stands, you can set up a nice looking, high-end booth with one or more banner stands, along with a banner that shows what company you represent. If your booth is set up nicely and the banner stands are good quality, then your booth will be attractive and give people a positive impression of your company.

Banner stands come in different sizes; it is important that they are big enough so people can see at a distance who you are, but you also do not want to get something that is too big. The first thing you should do is go to the booth as soon as you can after you rent it and decide on what will go where. Decide if you will have a table display or shelving units to showcase your products. Having a TV to help advertise your products can be a good idea; if you decide to have one then make sure that the banner stands will not get in the way of people seeing what you are showing on TV. This will affect how many banner stands you purchase and how high and wide they are.

The advantage of using a quickscreen banner stand as opposed to a regular one is that it is easy to change the message put up on them. This can come in quite handy if you want to offer a special sale or promotion during the last day or two of the trade show, or if you want to reuse them for future trade shows. You can get either single sided or double sided banner stands of this nature; you can also get ones that have a spotlight added to the top if you want, for an extra fee.

One tip when shopping around for these banner stands is to see if the graphic is included with the stands or if you have to pay extra. Some companies, such as Redcliffe, will include the graphic in with the price, which can be quite helpful. Also, be aware that this particular kind of banner stand is a bit pricey – you will have to be willing to pay at least $600 per stand, unless you are getting one of the mini stands which cost only a bit over $500.

There are a number of places that will rent you the items you need for your trade show booth. There are advantages to renting the items you need instead of buying them, and you will have to weigh up the pros and cons carefully. With rented equipment, you can change the look of your booth year after year. You do not have to keep the same ‘look’ with future trade show booths if that is not what will showcase your product in the best light possible. In addition, it is cheaper to rent the items you need instead of buying them, at least in the short term. However, if you are going to set up booth at other trade shows or exhibitions then you should seriously consider investing the money needed to buy custom made banners that will say exactly what you want them to and make it easier for potential customers to see exactly what you are offering. Buying the items needed is cheaper in the long term; also, you do not have to worry about not being able to rent what you need due to the items being out of stock.

While having the sleekest and most modern kind of banner stand is a plus, if you want it to be effective in attracting people to your booth then it is even more important to pay attention to the graphic display you have put up on it. Hire a graphic company that has experience with making graphic display for booths and work with them to create something that is eye-catching and will attract people to your stand. While you may have ideas for how you want the graphic design to look, you may find that it pays to listen to the designer who is working on it for you, as the designer is an expert in the field and may be able to improve on your design considerably. Do not be stuck on any one idea but be open to what the graphics company may suggest as far as style and colors go. That way, you are more likely to create a high-end banner sign that will serve its purpose well.

The Pedestal Stand – What You Should Know

Posted by on Sunday, 30 May, 2010

There are many different kinds of pedestal stands. If your trade show booth happens to be selling flowers then floral pedestal stands will showcase what you have to offer very nicely, giving your booth an organized, professional look. A Plasma or TV pedestal stand will allow a place for you to set up a TV screen to advertise your products better. This can often work a lot better than having the TV set up on the display table, as then you will have more room on the table to display the items you are offering. Some kinds of pedestal cake stands can be quite useful even if you are not selling cake; if you are offering candles, for instance, some of these can be used to create a very nicely decorated table that will be very attractive to potential customers.

The goal of having a trade show booth in the first place is to help people get to know your company better, see what you have to offer, and of course, make some sales. However, it is important to keep in mind that you will quite likely not make a whole lot of sales at the trade show itself. Whether you sell many or few products during the show is not how you should gauge your success. If you have set up a high quality, nice looking booth and have been able to show off your product to a lot of interested customers, the sales that you are after will come over time.

As far as what kind of stand or stands you should use, it depends largely on what products you are offering and what you want the style of the booth to be. This should be decided on as early as possible so that you know what you need to buy early on. It is important to not only have an idea of what the booth should look like but also measure the booth to see how large the pedestal stands need to be. You do not want to get something that is either too large or too small, especially if you are buying the stands from an online retailer.

If you are not quite sure what style or look you want the pedestal stands to have, then it can help to check out a few catalogs to see what styles are on the market. This is not so important with TV stands as it is with stands that will hold your products. TV stands are a lot simpler; you just need to get something that is good quality, easy to set up and take back down again and that looks nice. However, when it comes to stands that will have your products on them, choosing the right ones will take a bit more time and careful attention.

If you are getting more than one stand, make sure that they are the same style and match well with each other. If you get a few different styles and they clash with each other then your booth will not match and look tacky, giving potential customers a bad impression of your company.

You can buy stands from a variety of regular shops or you can buy online from an online retailer. Buying the stands you need online offers a few advantages. For one, many items are cheaper to buy online as long as the company offers free shipping. Many companies do, however, some will only offer free shipping if you live in a particular area, or if your purchase is over a certain amount of money. If you have to pay for the shipping, it may be cheaper to buy the items you need from a regular store, unless the particular stand is not easy to find at a shop near you.

While there are a good number of companies that rent trade show items such as display banners and pop up stands, these usually do not have pedestal stands up for rent. They do have other TV displays to choose from that will compliment your booth quite nicely. These do cost a fair bit of money, however, and if you do not have the budget for something expensive than a simple TV stand should work just fine.

While you should work within your budget as much as possible, however, do not cut corners and use cheap, tacky equipment of any kind for your booth as that will give people a negative impression of your company and product. The booth is the first thing they see and what people get their first impression from; make sure it is up to snuff in every way by using good quality equipment. You do not need to have the most expensive or newest displays but they need to be nice looking and in good condition, something that will highlight your company in a positive light.

Have You Considered Custom Made Brochure Stands?

Posted by on Sunday, 30 May, 2010

There are many different styles and types of brochure stands, and choosing which one is best to use for certain locations at trade shows depends mainly on where the stand will be located. Typically, stands are sometimes placed in front of the booth, inside the booth or on display tables and shelves. When planning the placement of your brochure display stands, there are many points to take into consideration.

Ease of Transportation: If you have to travel any distance to get to your trade fair, or if you are paying to have your stands and other items transported to your booth, you will need to keep in mind portability and weight. Naturally, large acrylic brochure stands weigh a lot more than similar sized cardboard brochure stands. Large stands in general can be very bulky items to try to package and transport. It is a good idea, before purchasing your stands, to ensure that they can be assembled and disassembled, as it is much easier to transport them in pieces rather than as one large stand. It is important that they are easy to assemble, however, as you usually do not have a lot of time to put them together. It is also best if they fit together, rather than rely on screws or other small pieces for their assembly.

Location of Stand: You also need to plan carefully regarding where you will be placing your stands. Cardboard stands are great as they are lightweight, but you may not want to place it on the floor in front of your booth for example, as they are also fairly easy to knock over especially if the trade fair is very busy with many people milling around.

You may be better off with an acrylic brochure stand to place outside of your booth or on either side of the entrance to your booth. These are usually a little studier and can take the occasional knock or bump without falling over and scattering your brochures everywhere. If you need a table top brochure display stand, you could use one made from either acrylic or cardboard, as both sit well on a table top, and both are able to hold a fairly good sized array of brochures.

Custom-made Brochure Stand: One thing that many companies who regularly attend trade fairs have discovered is that it is very beneficial to custom design their own brochure stands. There are many reasons for wanting to do this. If you are able to design your own stand, you can design it so that it is easy to pull apart and put together, thus ensuring that it is a portable brochure stand. It will also be much easier and potentially even cheaper to transport as well. A problem that is often faced when transporting lightweight stands disassembled is that the actual costs are often calculated on a dimensional weight basis. The smaller the packaging you transport your stand in, the less the dimensional weight costs will be. Small hidden expenses such as having items shipped at dimensional weight costs can really add to your overall setup costs, and they do add up over time.

Another advantage to designing your own stands is that you can have them made to perfectly fit the items that you will be displaying. Thus, if you have different sized brochures you can have the pockets where the brochures are going to be displayed made to fit the exact brochure. This is very helpful also if you display different sized items, other than brochures.

Custom designing your own brochures stand also enables you to add any features you would like to the display. It generally does cost more to have a custom made stand designed for you, but remember if you are able to have them designed as portable brochure stands that can be neatly packaged and transported in smaller boxes or containers, you will soon save enough on your transportation costs to cover the customization of the stands.

Not only can you custom design the acrylic stands but you can also have your cardboard stands custom designed as well. With these, you can even have your product descriptions or pictures of your products printed directly onto the stands. One thing to be careful about when designing your own cardboard stands is the flat design. In other words, it is important to come up with a design that is very easy and simple to assemble quickly, and that does not require intricate instructions on how to fold and set up. It may be the simplest for you to find a ready-made display and then use that as a prototype for your own custom cardboard display.

Whether you choose a custom-made stand, or you will be purchasing or renting a standard display, it is still important to plan carefully before your trade fair. You will want to make sure you have stands that fit your booth and that are both attractive to look at and functional as far as being able to display your brochures and other items.

Selecting the Right Media Stand for Your Needs

Posted by on Sunday, 23 May, 2010

Selecting the right media stand is a matter of several factors not least of which is personal preference. For instance, does your media stand need to hold a heavy television or a DVD shelf? Does the media console house an entire entertainment center to hold your television, DVD player, magazines and other items? What color do you prefer, black or natural, to fit with the overall décor of the home, office or conference room that will hold the furniture? Most of all, how much are you able to spend and does this budget allow you to choose the features you need?

TV media stands can cost around $200 or up to $5000 depending upon your preferences or the brand name you may want. For instance, a Bella LCD/Plasma Glass TV stand has a state-of-art look and can hold up to 130 pounds. The silver finish adds an additional futuristic edge and is a nice option for flat panel, DLP or LCD projection televisions up to 50 inches wide. The two curved lower shelves can hold other audio and/or visual components up to 50 pounds each. The Bella stand also hides interconnect cables and wires via an integrated CMS cable management system, giving an additional safety feature to this stand. This stand cost just more than $500.

If you are looking for a more natural-looking option for your home, the Prepac Manhattan Espresso stand is also designed for plasma and LCDs up to 60 inches in length. Its four shelves can accommodate various types of audio and/or visual equipment. Furthermore, two of them are adjustable so that you may accommodate equipment with special height needs. The two center drawers allow extra storage space so that you can easily find all the items you need to enjoy your television. Aesthetically, this is a beautiful choice with a laminated finish and solid brushed nickel knobs. Safety advantages include rounded edges and cutouts to pull away cables. This handsome TV media stand only costs about $250.

Other wood finishes offer the same cozy look for the home. The Home Styles Furniture Homestead Wood LCD/Plasma television stand boasts an elegant distressed warm oak finish. It holds approximately 100 pounds, 52 inches and has two single-shelf, adjustable cabinets. These two side cabinets allow extra storage space with the two open shelves situated in the middle of the stand. This stand is made with poplar hardwood and Cherry veneers with the intentionally worn warm oak finish, giving an extra homey feel to the room. This stand can be found for around $340 but requires some assembly on your part.

You need not always have to make a choice between state-of-the-art and classic designs. The BDI Deploy LCD/Plasma Glass television stand has a beautiful cherry finish, combining the looks of both the classic and contemporary. This stand looks small yet can hold a flat panel television between 30 and 50 inches or a rear projection television between 40 and 45 inches. Its top shelf can hold up to 200 pounds, the bottom shelf can hold up to 150 pounds and the adjustable shelf holds up to 60. The naturally stained Cherry design holds nearly shatterproof glass for its two shelves, one of which is adjustable. It also has integrated wire management features and allows flow-through ventilation. Furthermore, the BDI works a corner media stand. This stand costs less than $700 dollars and comes ready to assemble.

Media stand furniture need not be only for the home. Many designs can give an additional boost to offices, classrooms and conference room that frequently use media materials. The H. Wilson LP Series Plasma/LCD mount allows easy visibility across the room for everyone. This stand accommodates up to 100 pounds and can hold a plasma/LCD television between 32 and 50 inches. Its metal frame has a light gray finish and includes heavy plastic shelves with textured surfaces to prevent materials from sliding. Furthermore, this stand includes high-roll casters to make the stand easy to move. This stand can be found for less than $400.

If shelves are not needed in a television stand, then the BDI Vista LCD/Plasma television stand offers the same function of “view-ability” as the H. Wilson design. This functional stand is made to be mounted at an optimum viewing height while you sit comfortably. This stand has the option of a mount with a black or silver finish and the tower is actually adjustable. It also holds a capacity of 225 pounds and is recommended for flat panel televisions from 37 to 55 inches wide. This ready to assemble stand costs less than $700.

Your TV media stand can be aesthetically pleasing as well as functional. Whether for your classroom, home or office, media stands can be the right investment in your media needs. All you need to do is determine what they are and make your choice.

What Kind of Glass Stand Should You Use at a Trade Show Booth

Posted by on Saturday, 22 May, 2010

There are so many different kinds of booths and so many different products that companies sell at these places that it is impossible to dictate exactly what kind of display items should and should not be used at different booths. The key is to go with display items that will highlight your company in the best possible light and will showcase your products well. While glass stands are more expensive than plastic ones, they are also classier looking and may be just what you need.

One disadvantage to glass stands is that they are more delicate. You will have to be careful transporting them to and from your trade show booth and watch out that they do not break or crack. It may be well worth it for the items you are selling, however, to put up a glass stand on the table and have the items being offered artistically arranged. Glass cake stands, for instance, can be used not only for displaying cakes and pies but also for displaying candles, dolls, soaps, shampoos, and other such items. It pays to have someone who has artistic talent at your company arrange the items in place so that you can have an artistic and attractive set up.

Glass display stands are not the same thing as glass stands. Display stands are larger and offer more room to highlight products. These can be used for pretty much any product that you are offering although if you are selling heavier items you may want to use wooden or metal shelves that are better able to take the weight of the items on display. You can get either the ones that have a wooden framing, which is quite classy looking, or ones that have aluminum framing. These are cheaper but do not look quite as nice. There are wall mounted units, units that stand on the floor, and counter top units. There are also ones that are especially made for selling jewelry and expensive watches. Choose the one or ones best suited to your needs and your product. If you are selling expensive jewelry then you may find that having a glass display cabinet for it is a necessity; otherwise, be flexible and choose what works best for you.

There is also glass TV stands and while these are quite classy looking, it is often cheaper and easier to go with metal ones. All you need as far as a TV stand goes is something nice looking and strong to put your TV up on. You do not need something made with glass for that; going with something simple and nice looking is better. The only thing you really need glass stands and display stands for is to display the products you offer.

When it comes to display stands in general, you can either rent them or buy them and both options have their advantages and disadvantages. Most companies, however, set up booths on a regular basis to advertise their company and what they have to offer and it works out cheaper in the long run to buy the display items needed instead of having to rent them each time. Then, however, you have to make sure to store the items in a cool dry place while they are not in use and you need to make sure you have a storage area to put them in. It can be in many ways a lot less of a hassle to rent the display items year after year instead of purchasing them. This also gives you the freedom of not having the exact same set up at each booth but changing it around a bit and being more creative. In addition, if you have a limited budget it is always better to rent a good quality item than it is to purchase a poor quality one. After all, the whole reason you have a booth set up in the first place is to attract customers. Your product may be high end and the best there is, but if the display is not good quality, if it is obviously cheap and tacky, people will be turned off before they have the chance to try out your product or service.

At the end of the day, the most important thing to remember is that it is not what material your display units are made out of or how much they cost but whether they are good quality and even more important, whether the people who are manning the booth are outgoing and helpful. The people at the booth are just as important, if not more important, then the booth set up itself. People in the end will not remember whether what material the display unit was made out of but whether the staff at the place was helpful.

Bannerstands – What You Should Know

Bannerstands are a vital part of any trade show or exhibition. Bannerstands show off who you are and what you are selling. They allow people to see your booth from a distance and know what you have to offer. It is important to choose ones that are good quality and will reflect positively on your company. Having shoddy or cheap equipment of any kind at your trade show booth will turn off potential customers and business partners.

The key is to work on your booth set up as early as possible. You should know how long, wide and high the booth is; measure it so that you know how much space you have to work with. Before choosing the right banners you will need to know how big they should be, where the tables or shelves will be and where you will put up your displays.

If you want something that is easy to set up, take down and store then retractable bannerstands are a good choice. These are quite easy to work with and easy to keep in storage to later reuse for other trade shows or exhibitions. It is hard to say what a retractable bannerstand would cost as that depends on what material it is made from, how large it is and whether it has special amenities, such as spotlights on the top. It also depends on whether you are getting one for an indoor or outdoor trade show. Remember if you are setting up an outdoor trade show booth it is very important that your banners and exhibit displays are specifically made for outdoor booths as only then will they be able to handle the sun, wind or rain. Never get indoor banners and displays and try to set them up outside; it never works out well.

As mentioned above, you want to have good quality banners and displays that will reflect well on your company and often the best way to do this is to get your displays custom made. It is a bit pricey and it will take time to think out and plan exactly how you want them to look but the results are well worth it. You will have something that is exactly what you need, when you need it. Of course, you do not have to have something custom made if you do not have the budget for it; you can buy good quality banners and displays from companies that sell them and as long as you make sure to get good quality items you should not have any problems.

For some companies who have a limited budget, renting the items you need as opposed to buying them is a good option. It is definitely better to rent good quality display items and banners than it is to buy something that is lower quality and will look cheap and tacky. Most of the companies that sell trade show items also offer items for rent and will be willing to deliver them to you free of charge.

Another advantage to renting the items you need instead of buying them is that you will not have to worry about storing them and you will not feel bound to reuse the same trade show display set up year after year. If you have invested money in something then you will most likely want to reuse it to get your money’s worth, however renting the equipment you need allows you to use different banners and displays at different trade shows. This can be to your advantage as it will not get monotonous to reuse the same items year after year. However, keep in mind that continually renting the items you need each time a trade show booth needs to be set up does get to be expensive. In fact, over the long term, it is cheaper to buy a good set up and keep it in storage.

One thing you should remember whether you are buying or renting is that it is always best to do so as early as possible. Chances are that other companies are also buying and renting their trade show items at the same time and sometimes the companies that stock these items do not keep a large selection of stock. They will run out and have to re-order, or you will have to choose a different set up that is perhaps not to your liking. This is particularly true of online retail companies as these places often do not keep a large enough storage space and banners and displays do take up a lot of room. You can avoid this problem by renting what you need as early as possible. That way you will have the banners and displays that will complement your product and showcase your company in the best light.
