As the name implies, this has speakers and an LCD screen built into the banner display. It goes without saying that this will set your booth apart from the others and draw people’s attention to what you are offering. However, the price for this is quite high – close to $3,000. Something that you can consider if you are interested in this particular display banner is to rent one as opposed to buying one.

Most companies that sell banner display stands will also offer the option of renting them instead. This has a number of advantages. For one, it is cheaper to rent trade show display banners as opposed to having to buy them. If your company does not set up very many trade show booths then renting the banner displays that you need will definitely work out cheaper in the long run. Renting the items needed for your trade show also offers you the option of using totally different displays each time, depending on what product you are highlighting that particular year. You should also keep in mind, however, that if you do set up a number of booths at different trade shows and exhibitions, it does work out cheaper in the long run to buy your own display banners that, ideally, have been custom made for your company according to your specifications.

One thing that is very important is to check out the measurements of the booth, in particular the height, so you know how high of a banner stand to get. You do not want one that is either too large or too small. If you are setting up table top banner displays then decide ahead of time how many tables you will have out, what items will be displayed on them, and see how much space you have for a display banner and how big it should be.
