Choosing the right tabletop displays for your trade show booth is a must. Trade shows are a fantastic opportunity to expand your business, to show potential customers why they should patronize your company, or buy your product. It goes without saying that you will want your trade show booth to be just right in every way. You want displays that will highlight your booth in a positive way that will attract people that will buy from you and retailers that will do business with you. Having a table top display helps you to showcase your product well.

One helpful piece of furniture are pop up tabletop display boards. These can be square shaped or more rectangular shaped. They are made from gold, silver, titanium, or platinum and have either a canvas or graphic background. They can be around six or eight feet high; some are quite long which are good for longer tables, others are not as long which is helpful if your booth space is not very wide.

The first thing to do before deciding on what tabletop display or displays are right for your booth is to check out the booth carefully. Measure the height, width and length of the booth, decide on how many tables you need, how long they will be, and how they will be arranged. While you want a tabletop display that is large enough for people to see at a distance, you do not want one that is too large for the table, or that will make the table appear to be cluttered. While you likely have a fixed budget and do not want to overspend on your trade show booth, you should keep in mind that good quality table top displays do cost a fair bit of money. You may be spending well over a thousand dollars for the right displays. The good news is that often tabletop displays, as well as other displays that stand on the floor, last for years with proper care and can be reused at other trade shows. Some trade show displays come with a long warranty; this is something you will definitely want to check out before purchasing the equipment.

Another option is to rent the displays that you need. Companies dealing in trade show displays will often have an option to rent table top display easels, display boards, pop up displays, pop up counters, pop up plasma TV displays and other needed items for your booth. Renting the items you need is advantageous in that it will likely cost you a fair bit less than having to buy the items. Also, you may find that you only need a certain display item once and do not want to reuse it year after year; renting the items allow you to use them only once or twice and then use different displays another year, or at another location. The disadvantage is that, over time, renting the displays you need may end up costing more than buying the needed table top displays. If you set up booths at exhibitions and trade shows often, then having the items you need already with you saves not only money but the hassle of having to choose which items to rent each time you set up a trade show booth.

Whether renting or buying the display items you need, keep in mind to allow extra time for the shipping, or for any delays. This is particularly important if you are getting a graphic tabletop display board custom made in some way. You will want to allow time for the company you are working with to make the display that you want and have it shipped to you in time. Even if you are not getting your displays custom made, you will want to allow time for shipping or for the company not having the item or items you want in stock. Prepare early so that your trade show table top displays arrive on time and your trade show booth is as good looking and high standard as you want and need it to be.
